Some good news I'm free to announce on my own: New Michigan Press, the fine folk behind
Exit Interview, will be publishing a new chapbook collection from me called
My Index of Slightly Horrifying Knowledge.
Look for it sometime next year.

Awesome, Paul! Congratulations!
Your book is so shiny.
That is an awesome chapbook title. Congratulations!
And right next to Simic no less.
I'm very glad that man is our current Poet Laureate.
Now, if we only had a new decider-maker...
[I can't figure out whose book is to the right, but it must be pretty solid to be in the company of Paul Guest and Charles Simic.]
Mary Oliver: Thirst.
I sure hope Mary and Charles know they're in the company of greatness. They should have that photo on THEIR blogs!
And that recommendation! So glowing, so superlative, so well-written!
;)

Hey, I've been reading your blog for about a month, and ya, lurking is a cool word for this fall season. I might appear at your door as lurker number one for trick or treat, wearing a laptop...
Congrats! Its hard to be true to the soul. Thanks for modeling sanity.
More of this, less head-splitting; that's my recommendation for your life. Not that you have to follow it, mind you.
Seriously Paul, I know this sounds corny, but given the state of the world it's a relief to know that you're out there writing kick-ass poetry. It's a gift to us all. And a much needed one at that.
hehe. good news!
