You didn't invite me to that August wedding, so, you know, that's out. Meacham is October, right, so maybe that's when I'll come. It's kind of a good excuse to come visit you, and the Chattanooga weather is great then.
Paul Guest is the author of four volumes of poetry and a memoir. His debut, The Resurrection of the Body and the Ruin of the World, was awarded the 2002 New Issues Poetry Prize.
